About The Famous Corn Beer Along The Sacred Valley Tour

Mesopotamia had a beer, Greek wine, and China fermented rice beer and ancient Peru culture had chicha, which is a fermented beverage based primarily on corn, so this corn beer accompanied the great banquets of the Inca, religious, mystical rituals, and communal work.

It is even said that Inca people preferred to consume chicha than water since the corn beer gives the energy to keep doing, whatever hard work, even nowadays for our Peruvian farmers
