Isaac was a great tour guild for trip to Rainbow Mountain. We were a little unsure what we wanted to do, and booked last minute, and he was great to communicate with and get back to us quickly. We booked a private tour and he was a great driver and got us there before most of the tour buses. We rented mules, which was a little crazy, glad we had him, since they totally tried to overcharge us. He walked up on the pedestrian trail, keeping up with the horse most of the way. That’s pretty dang impressive! He was kind and patient with us. He spoke good English and provided an all-around great experience.
But what really made me impressed with Isaac is as he was dropping us off, he told us to make sure to gather all our belongings. My daughter of course left her favorite hat in his van. She was so upset, that I sent Isaac a text asking if we could find a place to meet up the next day to get it back. We had a tour the next day until 3 pm and we agreed to meet up after. Our tour that day went two hours over, and when we returned to our hotel Isaac had already dropped the hat off for my daughter. Talk about above and beyond service. We will definitely book with them again!!!
